Here are some answers to the most frequently asked questions.  If your question is still unanswered, please feel free to email us by using the ‘contact us’ link.

Do you accept returns/exchanges? TOP

Yes of course!  You should always be 100% satisfied with your Glee Couture purchase no matter what. 
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase date, for a full refund of the purchase price minus any shipping costs.  The item must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging.  If item is soiled, torn, worn, washed, with tags cut off refunds will not be granted.  Please contact us using the "Contact Us" link on the home page, to request return authorization and we will forward you the correct return address for your item.  Your refund will be processed once item is received. 
  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase date.  Please contact us using the "Contact Us" link on the home page to request an exchange to make sure the item you are exchanging for is in stock.  If item is temporarily out of stock or sold out we will notify you and you may choose to receive a full refund for cost of item or store credit.
Please be advised that original shipping fees and return shipping costs cannot be refunded. 
 

Why did my order arrive in separate shipments? TOP

If you ordered many different items from different brands/designers, they may arrive separately, in different packages or on different dates.  We do this in order to speed up your order because we know how eager you are to receive your items!  If you ordered a monogrammed item for example, that order will be custom made for you and may take 1-2 weeks (some bedding takes 6-8 weeks) to arrive, therefore any other items you purchased along with your custom order will be sent out immediately to speed up the process.   Also, if you purchase a big/heavy item, like a doll house or pedal car, it will be sent seperate to any other items you purchase.  All bulk/heavy items are packaged separately due to their size and weight.
 
 

What about sales tax? TOP

A 7.75% tax rate is applied to orders shipped within the state of California only.
 
 

What forms of payment do you accept? TOP

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and debit card payments through PayPal.  You may also mail in your Cashier's Check or Money Order payment.  Please contact us for mailing address.
 
 

What's PayPal? TOP

PayPal allows you to make safe online payments without disclosing your personal information to anyone.  Pay for purchases or send money to anyone with an email address in 190 countries and regions, free of charge.  It is accepted by thousands of businesses worldwide and allows you to pay for purchases in your selected currency. Payment is automatically converted to your desired currency  with PayPal's Multiple Currencies feature.  For additional information or to sign up for your PayPal account access their website at: www.paypal.com.
 
 

I have a coupon code for a % off my total purchase but the shopping cart won't apply the discount to the shipping and taxes. TOP

If you have a coupon code for, lets say, '15% off your total purchase' then the discount will apply to all things you have placed in your shopping cart before taxes and shipping is calculated.  Our shopping cart system is not designed to discount the shipping costs or sales tax, therefore the discount will only be given for the 'actual goods purchased'.
 
 

I have a voucher code I entered in the coupon code area but nothing happened. TOP

Our shopping cart system allows us to issue both 'coupon codes' and 'discount vouchers'.  So if you have a coupon code (usually letters or a combination of letters and numbers) you will need to enter it on the home page in the box provided, before you begin shopping,  your discount will appear at the top of the page and the discount will be applied to the items once you place them in the cart.   If you have a discount voucher (usually numbers) you may start shopping and placing items in your cart, once you're ready to check out you will see a box at the bottom of the check out page where it indicates you to add the voucher number, enter the number and press "recalculate" to reflect the discount.
 
 

Do you accept pre-orders? TOP

Yes, we do on some items.  Some of our items are extremely popular and may sell out very quickly.  In that case if you would like to be guaranteed a particular product you may contact us and we would be happy to assist you in placing a pre-order for our next shipment.  Partial payment is required.  Once our shipment arrives, we will contact you to let you know it is available for you to complete payment, and your item will be sent out immediately.  This is particularly helpful with our popular items such as Pediped shoes, BabyLegs, etc. that sell out very quickly.
