Do you accept returns/exchanges? TOP
Due to health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our Glee Couture hair accessories. Rest assured that any and all items you purchase from our site have not been worn, tried on, returned or used. However, if you receive a product that is defective, please contact us immediately and we will replace it.
I have a coupon code for a % off my total purchase but the shopping cart won't apply the discount to the shipping and taxes. TOP
If you have a coupon code for, lets say, '15% off your total purchase' then the discount will apply to all things you have placed in your shopping cart before taxes and shipping is calculated. Our shopping cart system is not designed to discount the shipping costs or sales tax, therefore the discount will only be given for the 'actual goods purchased'.
What about sales tax? TOP
A 7.75% tax rate is applied to orders shipped within the state of California only.
